Noon Time Specials

$100 - Meet at my office in Waikoloa Village for a short and sweet ceremony or signing only

$300 - Meet at Naupaka or Puako Beach, Classic Ceremony. Beach Permit Included

$400 - Meet between Four Seasons and Puako Beach with a choice of the Authentic Hawaiian or the Classic Script. Beach Permit Included
Additional Services
-
Michaela provides signing-only services for couples who already have an officiant but they are not registered with the State of Hawaii. Following your ceremony, we will sign the document and finalize your marriage with the State of Hawaii. No witnesses required.

For Signing Only Service - Set up an appointment for her to meet at your hotel lobby, the Kings Shops Waikoloa, or the Shops at Mauna Lani. Rates vary depending on location.
TAX AND CREDIT CARD FEES WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR INVOICE.
**EARLY MORNING AND SUNRISE**
$100 applies for services between 7:30 AM and 9 AM. Between sunrise and 7:30 am, an additional fee of $200 will be added to your invoice. For locations in Waikoloa or Mauna Lani Resort Beaches. (if ceremony starts at 7:15 am add $200)
**TRAVEL & MILEAGE**
Locations beyond the Kohala Coast, Kailua-Kona, Waimea, and activities such as hiking, boat, and helicopter trips, please add $50 per hr and for ground transportation $0.60 per mile. Calculated based on round trip from Waikoloa Village.
**LATE FEE**
You have a 15-minute grace period. After this period, a late fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 15 minutes. For instance, if the ceremony begins at 5:16 PM instead of 5:00 PM, a fee of $50 will be incurred. We kindly ask that you communicate any delays, as the officiant arrives 30 minutes before the ceremony. A courtesy call will waive the first 15-minute late fee if made an hour or more before prior to scheduled start time. In cases where it is not in your control or cannot be avoided, the late fee will be waved.
**IMPORTANT** Please be aware that if you are more than an hour late to the ceremony start time, the Officiant is not obligated to officiate your ceremony. A total of an hour and a half is reserved for your ceremony, which includes a half-hour before the ceremony for preparations, a half-hour for the ceremony itself, and a half-hour after the ceremony concludes. Timeliness is essential to ensure everything runs smoothly.
**NON-REFFUNDABLE RETAINER**
Retainer pays for the initial consultation time. Time spent prior to your ceremony, by text, emails, phone calls and billing. This helps to cover my time if cancel. The consultation fee is $200 per hr, so in cases where the retainer is higher than $200, we will refund up all but $200. Retainer also blocks the date and is a commitment us. In many cases the your date would have been filled by another couple.

Let's secure your ideal ceremony date! Just send me the date, location, and time along with name via text or email. Even if you only have a rough idea, that’s perfectly fine—let’s get started!
2. SCHEDULE A MEETING OR BOOK NOW
If your preferred date is open, we can schedule a phone meeting! Share your available days and, and I’ll confirm before we discuss options and pricing. Keep mind, dates are only held once the retainer is received. **You can also the meeting and book immediately! Just text or email your event details along with your billing email address. If you're unsure about the exact time and location, an estimate will suffice!
3. READY TO BOOK
Eager to secure your date? Please send your booking request via text or email, including your first names, date, time, location, script style, and any special requests. We’ll go over options during your complimentary consultation!
4. PAYING THE RETAINER AND CONFIRMATION
Let’s make it official! Michaela will send an invoice to your email. Once I receive your 25% retainer, your event is confirmed!
NOTE—Michaela cannot hold a date until it's confirmed by email or text, and the retainer is received. The date may no longer be available if you delay. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your ceremony. RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
