​Traditions are passed down from generation to generation and shared with people from all over the world. When a couple request a ceremony location or element that is not appropriate it is my kuleana, responsibility to share, explain why its not okay.
I find that couples appreciate the clarification and my honesty. Couples I meet want to be respectful and want to embrace the Hawaiian culture, and the islands in the right way.

a.  $100 - Meet in Waikoloa Village - Legal requirements only or a short & sweet ceremony under the plumeria tree.

b.  $200 - request license signing at the Queens Shops Waikoloa or the Shops at Mauna Lani.

c.  $300 - Simple Legal Ceremony at the Beach, Puako or Naupaka Beach Only. Includes Beach Permit and Liability Insurance.

d.  $300 - No Ceremony - I'll meet you at your hotel lobby, condo or home. Hualalai Resort, Waikoloa Beach or Village, Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince Resorts. Declaration, Proclamation and Signing

e.  $400 - Authentic Hawaiian Ceremony, 25 minutes. at the Beach, Puako or Naupaka Beach Only. Includes Beach Permit and Liability Insurance.

**You are welcome to include the vows, ring and lei exchange. You can purchase leis at most grocery stores. Be sure to bring your marriage license for signing. I will finalize your marriage with the State of Hawaii.

​​​​​​**TRAVEL & MILEAGE** For events located beyond the Kohala Coast and Kailua-Kona, a travel fee of $50 per hour and $0.60 per mile will be assessed. This fee is calculated based on a round trip from Waikoloa Village to the ceremony venue and encompasses travel time for activities such as hiking, helicopter, or boat trips, measured from parking and back. 

**HOLIDAY RATE** An additional fee of $250 applies for Special  Holidays. Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve and Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Valentine's Day.

**EARLY MORNING AND SUNRISE**(Waikoloa and Mauna Lani Resorts ONLY) - $100 for services rendered between 7 AM and 9 AM $200 for sunrise services at Waikoloa and Mauna Lani ONLY**

**LATE FEE**  A 15-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled start time of the ceremony at no additional cost. However, late fees of 50.00 will be charged for each subsequent 15-minute interval.
Late Fee Example: Ceremony start time confirmed at 5pm.
   Ceremony started between 5:15 - 5:30 add $50 
   Ceremony started between 5:30 - 5:45 add $100 
   Ceremony started between 5:45 - 6:00 add $150 
   Ceremony started between 6:00 - 6:15  add $200  

**While it's common for couples to run a few minutes late, please communicate any delays. The officiant will arrive 30 minutes early to set up greet you and your guests.​ A courtesy call is greatly appreciated.
