In many cases time and location is undecided, you can say something like, Sunset in Kona, or Noonish at a beach in Waikoloa. Mainly I need the date. If you prefer to book right away just let me know and I’ll send you an invoice. I’ll need your event details and email address. The retainer is non-refundable. Let me know when you’re available to meet on the phone and we can go over your ceremony script.
