Travel and Mileage Fees added to locations outside of Kailua-Kona and North Kohala.  $50.00 per hour and .58 per mile, calculated by round trip from Waikoloa Village, I use Google Maps. The 25% retainer fee is none refundable.  In most cases we have spent lots of time with the preplanning. Additional 20% fee will be added for special days and holidays.  Late fees are based on hourly rates.  $200.00 per hour.  Will be prorated and added to final invoice. Please check with Michaela
