**TRAVEL & MILEAGE**

Locations beyond the Kohala Coast, Kailua-Kona, Waimea, and activities such as hiking, boat, and helicopter trips, please add $50 per hr and for ground transportation $0.60 per mile. Calculated based on round trip from Waikoloa Village.​

**SIGN MARRIAGE LICENSE**

Set up an appointment for her to meet at your hotel lobby, the Kings Shops Waikoloa, or the Shops at Mauna Lani. Rates vary depending on location.​ Couple who have an officiant: Following your ceremony, we will sign the document and finalize your marriage with the State of Hawaii.

**EARLY MORNING AND SUNRISE**

$100 applies for services between 7:30 AM and 9 AM. Between sunrise and 7:30 am, an additional fee of $200 will be added to your invoice. For locations in Waikoloa or Mauna Lani Resort Beaches. (if ceremony starts at 7:15 am add $200)

**LATE FEE**

You have a 15-minute grace period. After this period, a late fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 15 minutes. A courtesy call will waive the first 15-minute late fee if made an hour or more before prior to scheduled start time. In cases where it is not in your control or cannot be avoided, the late fee will be waved.​ Officiant is not obligated to wait if couple is more than a half hour late. There will be no refunds or credits to your billing.

**IMPORTANT** Please be aware that if you are more than half hour late to the ceremony start time, the Officiant is not obligated to officiate your ceremony. A total of an hour is reserved for your ceremony, which includes a 15 minute call time for preparations, 15 minute grace period and a half-hour for the ceremony. Timeliness is essential to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will not receive a refund or credit.

**NON-REFFUNDABLE RETAINER** 

Retainer pays for the initial consultation time. Time spent prior to your ceremony, by text, emails, phone calls and billing. This helps to cover my time if cancel. The consultation fee is $200 per hr, so in cases where the retainer is higher than $200, we will refund up all but $200. Retainer also blocks the date and is a commitment us. In many cases the your date would have been filled by another couple.

PLEASE TEXT OR CALL MICHAELA A HALF-HOUR BEFORE CEREMONY START TIME, IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE OR WILL BE LATE. PROVIDE NEW  ARRIVAL TIME

Call or text Michaela 3 to 7 days prior to ceremony to confirm ceremony start time and location. In many cases changes have been maid and officiant was not informed. Let's work together.
