Authentic & Heartfelt Ceremonies – Your Big Island Officiant
Experience a ceremony as authentic as your love. As your local Big Island officiant,
I weave the genuine spirit of Aloha into every moment, proudly welcoming all couples into a space of true inclusion.
Whether you envision a Christian service, Jewish traditions, or a heartfelt blend of elements, I specialize in honoring the land through sacred Hawaiian traditions—from the resonant call of the Pu (conch shell) and the exchange of leis to a soulful couples' blessing.
As a licensed and insured officiant, I handle the sacred details of your ceremony so you can relax and be fully present for your
"I do" in the heart of Hawaii.
“Pūpūkahi i holomua.” — Let us unite to move forward.

**LATE FEE**
Late fees are added to the final payment once the ceremony begins 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
You have a 15-minute grace period. Prorated $400 per hour.
The officiant is not obligated to stay if the ceremony is 30 minutes or more later than the agreed-upon start time. They may have prior engagements and obligations.
A courtesy call will waive the first 15-minute late fee.
The officiant is required to be on location 15 minutes before the ceremony starttime.
The officiant is not compensated at an hourly rate. They will receive full compensation. We have found a couple being late for many reasons, and most of the time it's because they did not plan properly. (photography, hair and makeup, the amount of time it took to get to the location from their location, or had the wrong location information, and they also started to celebrate before the wedding.)
**NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER**
**Non-Refundable Retainer**: This retainer covers the initial consultation and blocks the date from being booked by others.

Obtaining your marriage license is the responsibility of the couple, not the officiant.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Is a permit required for my wedding?
Absolutely. You will need a permit for all public beaches. We will help you secure the permit based on your selected locations. The list of current beaches can be found on the State of Hawaii Wiki Permits website.
2. What if it rains on my day?
We love the Island’s weather, which can change rapidly. We typically stick to the scheduled date and time. In the rare event of extended weather issues, we can reschedule your wedding to a different date or location if available.
3. When is the best time for my wedding?
We recommend sunset for the best lighting and sunset experience. Remember, timing varies by location, as the sun rises in East Hawaii and sets in West Hawaii.
4. Are there sunrise fees?
There is a sunrise fee of $200 for locations at Waikoloa and Mauna Lani Beach Resorts. For events within 90 minutes of sunrise. Request a quote for all other locations.
5. Do I have to use the vows provided or can we share our own personal vows?
Use scripted vows or prepare your own personal vows. I actually prefer when couple prepare their own. I step to the side to allow privacy as well photographers have additional photo opportunities.
