1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Kindly provide your ceremony date and name via text or email, allowing me to verify availability.
2. DATE CONFIRMATION
If the date is available, we can arrange a phone meeting. Please share a selection of days and times that are convenient for you, and I will confirm before contacting you to review options and pricing. *You can skip meeting for now if you'd like to book right away and schedule a meeting at a later date. Go to next step!
3. READY TO BOOK
Text or email your request to book. Include your names, ceremony date, time, location, option number, and any special requests.
4. PAYING THE RETAINER-DEPOSIT and CONFIRMATION
Final step to book is paying the retainer. I will send an invoice to preferred email address. Once the 25% retainer/deposit is received, your event will be officially confirmed.*Please note that the date cannot be reserved until the retainer is received. Retainer is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due 10 days before your ceremony.
5. SCHEDULE A MEETING30 Minute included in all options/packages. We will go over the ceremony procession and script. The initial consultation is included in all packages.I recommend considering Options #2 or #3 if you'd like unlimited correspondence and consultation services.
